護樹入獄3個月　王鐘銘投書批國家機器

前年6月參與江翠國中護樹行動，遭警方以「妨害公務罪」入獄服刑3個月的綠黨黨員王鐘銘，投書再批「國家機器」。

《天下雜誌》刊出王鐘銘獄中投書「言論自由的出路」中寫道，因為社會普遍反感，所以「國家機器」逐漸利用其它罪名來打壓人民言論自由，藉著妨礙公務與強制罪等等之題，發揮使人民噤聲的效果。

王鐘銘認為，這些舉措勢必造成人民表達意見的風險提高，而無力承擔風險的部分人，只好選擇沈默，「當這種沈默效應發生，對整體社會是福是禍，不難判斷。」王鐘銘也希望，行政院可以透過內政部和法務部約束警檢「停止濫權濫訴」，並呼籲檢察官、法官能以不起訴書和無罪判決形成指導，回頭教育行政決策者。(葉國吏/綜合報導)
