葉門總統請辭稱國家陷全面僵局

（法新社葉門沙那22日電）葉門總統哈迪（Abdrabuh Mansur Hadi）今天突然請辭，他在給國會的請辭職信中說，由於與什葉民兵的對峙局面，葉門已陷入「全面僵局」。

國會議長已表示拒絕接受哈迪辭職，但哈迪在信中說，自民兵去年9月掌控首都沙那（Sanaa）大部分地區以來，他已無法履行總統職權。

他說：「我們遭遇無數困難，而政壇上的主要勢力卻不願承擔起責任，領導國家度過難關。」
