國5車流順暢午後又現車潮

連假第2天，國道5號往宜蘭方向車潮再現，首波車潮在上午7點湧現，車龍綿延數公里，上午7點到8點車流量達2800輛次，一度回堵到南港系統，車速約40至50公里，上午9點過後陸續恢復通順，全線平均車速可達60公里。

高公局坪林行控中心主任馮張斌說，午後車潮再度增加，車速降到40公里，雪隧車速只有40至50公里：往台北方向車流有增加趨勢，車速仍可維持70公里，國道整體路況還算順暢，預計明天南北雙向車流會出現另一波高峰。
