標題[問題] 最近一年快結束了，也應該有不少人準備跳

昨天 去某家 獵人頭 面試 HR 說 35歲之前， 該爭的 不是薪水 多少 而是經驗 不過 如果跳槽 之後 薪水 至少 30% 或是倍數 成長 HR說 常看到 35歲之前 為了 短暫的薪水成長而跳槽的，到35歲之後，薪水幾乎停滯不前 反而是那些 之前不跳的那些人，過了35歲之後 ，反而薪水成長 是那些 跳槽的人 好幾倍 那麼到底該不該跳槽呢 還是說 一份工作，至少要待滿一、二年才跳是比較合適呢 謝謝回覆 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 125.227.47.246 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1419402852.A.EC0.html
