「妓院女人上了床全是夫人」LINE留言挨告

桃園一名陳姓女子（45歲）今年8月間在LINE群組內見陸姓女性友人以「夫人」自居，回以留言「同居就以夫人自居了，那妓院的女人上了床全是夫人」，陸女認為陳女罵她，一氣之下對她提出妨害名譽告訴。
 
陳女辯稱，她只是在對夫人下定義，並沒有罵人的意思。經檢察官調閱該群組的整個對話內容，陸女上傳與不知名男子合照，並稱「我們是沒有辦理登記，1997年相識，1999年同居」、「千萬不要把我當小三」等語，陳女即回以「同居就以夫人自居了，那妓院的女人上了床全是夫人了」，檢方認為，陳女應是不認可同居就可以夫人自稱，尚難認有侮辱對方為妓女之意，因此予以不起訴處分。（張沛森／桃園報導）
