不讓我吃肉鬆怒告　護理長：體重過重

桃園療養院洪姓護理長，今年5月13日因阻止謝姓病患領取以電話訂購的3000元肉鬆，並把肉鬆退回去了，遭謝姓病患控告《強制罪》。

洪姓護理長表示，院方曾召開醫務會議，認為謝姓病患體重過重，BMI值超過24，除正常飲食外不宜食用其他食品；加上謝姓病患因病異於常人且不符邏輯的思考，一直覺得自己很瘦弱，需要額外補充營養，因係護理長，所以有義務為病患的病情把關，才會退回肉鬆等，桃園地檢署今予以不起訴處分。（張沛森／桃園報導）
