新北議會 民進黨爭正副議長

新北市議會第2屆議員明天宣誓就職，由於民進黨等泛綠議員席次過半，有機會拉下國民黨籍正副議長，取得議會主導權。

新北市議會議員應選名額共66席，首屆議員選舉結果出現藍綠未過半的情形，無黨團結聯盟成了關鍵少數，但第2屆選舉，民進黨及偏綠議員取得過半席次優勢。

議會預定明天上午9時10分進行議員宣誓就職，經整理圈票處及設置票匭，約於9時30分進行投票，預定投票到11時截止後開票。

由於民進黨主席蔡英文要求黨籍議員一致性投票下，引發亮票質疑，也使得這次正副議長選舉，格外受到外界矚目。

新北市議會過去由國民黨籍議員擔任正副議長，民進黨則挾多數優勢推出陳永福及陳文治挑戰正副議長寶座，使得議會極可能「變天」，改由民進黨主導議會運作，是否會影響市長朱立倫施政表現，後續值得觀察。
