已被槍決的前屏東縣議長鄭太吉嗆聲：「過高屏溪殺人無罪」，沒想到二十年後也有屏東市的富家子弟郭律言，仗著父母有錢，豢養少年打手，動輒當街尋仇、打殺砸店，日前屏東分局將郭嫌提報治平專案檢肅對象，目前聲押獲准。
本刊調查，父親在大陸經商的郭律言，剛滿二十歲，有個身懷六甲的未婚妻，但他不事生產，從未成年當飆車族頭頭開始，每次砍人砸店，都靠父母花錢擺平，他還在自家佔地百坪的豪宅裡豢養古惑仔，警方說，郭律言並未從事「有產值」的犯罪行為，單純為了混黑道而混黑道，完全是靠父母經濟支援的「媽寶老大」。點我看最新壹週刊
