AV分屍殺人魔　遭判一級謀殺罪成立

加拿大30歲雙性戀小電影男星馬尼奧塔(Luka Rocco Magnotta)，2012年5月肢解並雞姦中國男留學生林俊，法官23日判定一級謀殺罪成立，駁回其精神異常上訴。

馬尼奧塔涉嫌分屍後，雞姦屍體，又將殘肢寄到政黨和學校，更將殺害過程拍攝發佈網上。馬尼奧塔後潛逃往歐洲，同年6月在德國落網，隨即被加拿大引渡返回收押待審。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
