吸菸率降至18% 24年新低

（中央社記者陳清芳台北9日電）衛生福利部國民健康署今天公布最新數據，去年成人吸菸率18%，創24年新低，青少年吸菸率也受抑制，也來到歷史新低點。

國民健康署署長邱淑媞今天表示，成人的吸菸率從1990年的32.5%下降到2013年18%（男32.5%、女3.3%），尤其是女性吸菸人口，從蠢蠢欲動接近4%，反轉降低。

另外，校園菸害防制有成，高中職學生吸菸率為11.9%，低於2012年吸菸率14.1%，最高時期是2005年的15.2%；而國中學生吸菸率為5.2%，低於2012年吸菸率6.7%，最高時期是2010年的8.0%。

邱淑媞說，台灣從1997年通過菸害防制法以來，政府持續推動民眾戒菸，公共空間的禁菸規定愈來愈嚴格，菸品健康捐也節節攀升，多管齊下，讓民眾的吸菸率降到24年來史上新低，將會繼續努力。1031209
