桃園／PO空白選票打卡觸法 大園選民急刪

桃園縣大園鄉大海村的年輕陳女第二次投票，今天中午前往大園鄉大海社區活動中心的471投開票所投票，將選票在選舉簽票章前，使用手機拍照，再上傳PO至臉書打卡，違反選罷法行為，她事後發現事態嚴重，表示不知情和緊急撤下。大園選務中心下午表示全案將移請選監小組處分。桃園市選委會表示，偷拍選票行為，違反選罷法「不得攜帶手機及其他攝影器材進入投開票所」，一旦查獲，將依法將處罰3萬到30萬元以下罰款。
