直系親屬買賣房子

直親屬過戶做買賣的房子管很嚴的.我就搞過一次結果被刁.

我還特地去找承辦.承辦說..就算我讓你過我長官也不會讓我過..

除非你有很明確的金流.能證明這筆錢是你的.最後建議我退件改做贈與就過關了

核算下來也沒被扣贈與稅.

除非你很介意權狀上的..贈與..買賣..的差別

而且你確定你的房子會被扣贈與稅嗎....

不然..

你可以將你原有的400萬留下.等你贈與辦完.再把房子拿去核貸

不一樣也有(400萬+1600萬)2000萬嗎
