偷路跑者的信用卡刷12萬金飾

54歲的蔡姓男子去年9月趁黃姓男子在台北大佳河濱公園參加路跑，徒手竊取黃男置於機車前方置物箱的名片夾，得手一張信用卡，隨即到金飾店刷兩組共12萬的金飾，並在簽帳單偽造黃的姓名，黃驚覺信用卡被偷，事後趕緊報案。士林地檢署今天依竊盜等罪嫌將黃送辦。
