近期在中國微信上，出現文章「英國微小說大賽，只許用6個單詞，卻感動了全球人」，記者調查後，發現並無所謂的「英國微小說大賽」，微信內容，其實來自2008年成立的「Six Word Stories」網站。今年獲最多人按讚的，僅用6個英文單字，便說完愛情故事：Strangers, Friends, Best friends, Lovers, Strangers.（陌生人、朋友、摯友、情人、陌生人）。
