標題[問題] win7 右鍵新增不見了

前陣子因為右鍵會lag 忘記用了什麼程式改掉 等到最近發現的時候，右鍵新增的選項整個不見了 現在右鍵變成這個樣子 http://imgur.com/m2lheqv
