標題[問題] 中華全能平板3G→4G,再設定熱線

最近辦了NP全能平板3g,昨天通知np成功 目前正在等升4g 卡友價每月636元/24個月 4g要10/1才開通 而在申請以前就已經問過客服,可以50元/月, 設定一組熱線然後通話免費 在板上搜尋文章,也是相同答案 而今日去了中華門市順便問了這個熱線設定 得到的答案是,加一門熱線為50元/月,通話只有"優惠",沒有免費！ 然後又去了兩間直營門市 打了兩次客服 答案都有出入 有的說通話費免費，有的則說只有優惠 版上有人成功申請過3g全能平板→升4g→設定熱線50/月,通話免費 的嗎 如果有,請問是用甚麼方式?直接去直營店?又或者直接打電話給客服? 或者自行上官網設定? 然後收到帳單是"熱線免費"這種結果?? 有可能是bug嗎？ 先前的可以設定 然而中華發現大家都這樣搞 然後最近辦的就沒辦法設定熱線50/月.通話免費.變成只有優惠？ 懇請大家幫我解惑,感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 223.142.51.174 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1411480007.A.742.html
