悔允拋棄繼承　後母遭女兒趕出家門

新北市一名葉姓女子的父親過世後，不滿楊姓後母曾簽切結書允諾拋棄遺產繼承權並搬家，事後卻反悔拒搬遷，怒告後母請求遷讓房屋，新北地院認定楊女簽定切結書有效，今判她須搬離住家。全案仍可上訴。

葉女提告指出，前年11月底父親過世，去年1月楊女簽下切結書，同意拋棄繼承權，且若國防部核准她可繼續領取父親的半俸，最遲同年底就會遷離父親名下位於板橋的房屋，由她和弟弟共同繼承，不料事後楊女後悔簽下切結書，並拒絕返還房屋。

楊女辯稱照顧葉父多年，如今重病，要她搬家並不合理，且切結書是被葉女的同居人強行帶到法院蓋章沒有效力。但新北地院認定楊女無法證明被迫簽下切結書，且國防部也已核准楊女可領取半俸，今判決楊女敗訴。（孫友廉／新北報導）
