女為找警員偷巡邏表　反遭判刑3月

有竊盜前科的林姓女子今年5月底晚上，拿走新北市政府大樓6樓警方巡邏箱的巡邏登記表，放入隨身背包內，警方巡邏發現，調閱監視畫面才逮到林女。新北地院今依《刑法》妨害公務罪章的隱匿公務員文書罪，判處林女3月，可用9萬元易科罰金；仍可上訴。
 
林女到案表示，由於一名黃姓警員曾對她攔查取締，事後她為了找黃姓警員解釋案情，卻找不到對方，才拿走巡邏表，認為這樣黃黃姓警員就會主動找她，而且她拿走巡邏表時，還刻意向監視鏡頭揮手，顯然沒有犯意。

但法官指出，巡邏表是供警員簽到，用來查核有無確實執行巡邏勤務，屬於公務員職務掌管的文書，認定林女擅自拿走巡邏表已觸犯妨害公務罪，今判她3個月徒刑。（孫友廉／新北報導）
