兩個三角形 解讀世代臉譜

擅長策略規劃的一○四資訊科技總經理阮劍安， 仔細看完聯合報的《世代圖像大調查》，將青世代與熟世代的差異與共識，用一正、一倒兩個三角形呈現。

阮劍安分析，以四十歲做為分界，剛好是六年級生進入職場的年代。當時，台灣剛剛出現一批科技新貴，在個人電腦的浪潮下，受惠科技業員工分紅配股而致富。六年級生，則是一出社會就遇上網路泡沫，開始了台灣經濟走緩的辛苦年代。

阮劍安以三角形的頂端代表正面的肯定，越往三角形底部，越是否定的看法。黃色的三角形，是青世代對熟世代的看法，勤奮、負責、知足但是傳統；紫色三角形是熟世代對青世代的評價，最大優點是創新，但是不滿足、不負責、排他也懶散。

兩個三角形的外面代表大環境，也是兩個世代的共同看法。阮劍安說，兩個世代的最大共識是貧富差距惡化嚴重，也是兩個世代想解決的問題。

右邊的守法、公平、付出與收穫相當，是台灣的共同價值；左邊的崇尚歐美，排斥中國、東南亞等亞洲國家，則是台灣人的共同偏見。
