俄制裁歐盟急撥50億　填牙縫都不夠

俄國在本月7日通過冷戰以來最嚴酷的反制裁方案，禁止歐美所有農牧業產品進口，對歐盟產業造成極大衝擊。歐盟委員會立即提撥1.25億歐元（約50億元台幣）應急，遭歐盟農民批「舀水進太平洋」。
 
《今日俄羅斯》報導，本周一（18日）歐盟委員會通過50億元緊急預算案，希望能補貼歐洲受影響企業。但荷蘭ING集團分析師預估，制裁將造成歐盟一年損失67億歐元（約2670億元台幣），還有13萬人恐會丟掉飯碗。
 
根據歐盟會計部預估，俄國制裁將造成歐盟28國120億歐元（約4780億元台幣）損失，占出口額10%。受影響最大國家為波蘭與挪威，兩國估計有10億（約400億元台幣）貨物出口受影響，其後則是荷蘭與西班牙，兩國與俄國都有緊密貿易關係。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
