彈劾案送懲戒費時　張博雅會司法院長求解

監察院長張博雅今拜會司法院長賴浩敏，當面向賴表示，監察院通過彈劾案後，必須移送司法院公務員懲戒委員會或職務法庭審理，卻因過程費時，常使外界誤解監察權不彰，請賴浩敏一起為提升審理效能努力，尤其是社會矚目案件。

賴浩敏回應說，司法院近年來積極強化推動審判核心事務，改善案件延遲，但彈劾案件若涉及刑事訴訟，案情較為複雜，但非刑事案件，司法院已著手檢討改進。
 
張博雅下午偕同監察院副院長孫大川、秘書長傅孟融拜會賴浩敏、司法院副院長蘇永欽、秘書長林錦芳等人。張期盼兩院未來能保持良好溝通，相互尊重，充分發揮憲法職權，提升效率，兩院之間也應保持暢通溝通管道，實現政府一體理念。（吳家翔╱台北報導）
