高雄之前有「助跑姊」涉製造假車造，傳出韓國也有「路倒哥」躺在1 輛休旅車前，但遇上駕駛界的「三寶」之一，大嬸握著方向盤，疑未注意「路倒哥」，直接輾過去，車禍事故弄假成真。

YouTube有支影片「Insurance scam turns nasty for this guy」指出，在一個路口，1輛休旅車正在左轉，直行的車先讓行，車上行車記錄器拍下「假車禍」過程。

1名男子走向休旅車，跌倒到車前，休旅車女駕駛聽到急促喇叭聲，又踩油門往前，「路倒車」遭輾過，其他駕駛見狀猛喊提醒女駕駛，才遲疑的打開車門。

網友留言，「好驚悚，駕駛似乎完全不知道」、「他在地上躺很多， 結果三寶沒看到他，GG」，認為女駕駛可能未察覺前方有人而輾過，男子製造假車禍雖居心不良，但「遇到馬路三寶... 真的挑錯人了」，有也人譴責，「那是路中間 你人走過去幹嗎? 三寶全世界都有」。
