換機潮帶動筆電上揚　平板被擠壓下調

Window XP退役和低價筆電帶動整體筆電需求與買氣上揚，市調單位WitsView再上調出貨需求筆電出貨需求至1.68億台，年衰退0.7%優於預期，但是未來否因Window XP和低價筆電的買帶，再上調出貨需求，後續值得觀察。

WitsView協理劉陳宏指出，6月筆記型電腦面板出貨總量達1629萬片，月減3%，預估7月筆記型電腦面板出貨將再衰退10%，至於8月和9月筆電面板出貨預估將再成長3~4%以及0~2%，面板供給狀況會因部分面板廠策略調節，而有所改變，對於後續整體供需和報價影響甚大。

另外，由於微軟也於近期宣布在第4季與品牌商合作推出13.3吋199美元的低價筆電，是否會再造成鋪貨潮和面板被貨潮也值得關注；由於年初面板廠基於利潤考量，原本規劃將產能投入於獲利性較高的平板面板產品，但平板整機需求因低價筆電和大尺寸智慧手機夾擠下，預估僅較去年成長3-5%，約為2.03~2.05億台，也使得整體平板面板供給，由年初300百萬片（3億片）以上之計劃一路下調。（吳秀樺／台北報導）
