藍：綠癱瘓國會 人民受夠了

民進黨主席蔡英文發表「改變的時候到了」談話，國民黨發言人陳以信回應表示，近期許多全球評比，都客觀指出台灣表現相當優異，馬政府的施政成績，絕非蔡主席的政治語言就能一筆抹煞。

陳以信說，民進黨在立法院一再霸占主席台、癱瘓國會議事，惡意杯葛重要民生法案，耽誤台灣經濟發展契機，這些才真是讓人民受夠了；蔡主席說「改變的時候到了」，這是民進黨全代會中最諷刺的一句話。

他表示，各界關注焦點，全都在蔡英文如何處理「凍結台獨黨綱」提案，因為這象徵民進黨試圖改變兩岸論述的第一步，也是外界認為未來民共關係得以正常化的關鍵所在；但短短五分鐘，全案就被送進中執會，什麼「改變」都沒看到。
