FTA有保庇　南韓對歐盟出口勝中日台

南韓國際貿易協會（Korea International Trade Association，KITA）公布數據顯示，拜與歐盟的FTA之賜，韓歐FTA生效後的第1年，南韓對歐盟的出口年增18.4%，遠勝於鄰國中國、日本與台灣出現停滯或下滑的狀況。

南韓與歐盟的FTA（Free Trade Agreement，自由貿易協定）自2011年7月正式生效。儘管歐洲一度因歐債危機，消費需求趨於疲軟，但拜FTA之賜，南韓對歐盟的出口表現仍優於其他亞洲競爭對手。

在雙方FTA生效的第2年，南韓對歐盟的出口雖小幅下滑0.4%，但同期中國與台灣對歐盟的出口跌幅卻分別達1.3%與4.7%，日本的出口更銳減10.1%，反映出FTA對南韓出口的支撐力道。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
