烏克蘭暫停火 普丁有限支持

路透社 – 

（路透莫斯科21日電）針對烏克蘭總統波洛申科宣布與東部親俄分離主義分子片面停火，俄羅斯總統蒲亭今天表達有限度支持。但蒲亭也告訴波洛申科，必須與叛軍對話，以防止停火破局。

在此之前，根據烏克蘭政府軍的說法，在停火於20日晚生效後數小時，親俄分離分子就在烏克蘭東部攻擊軍事基地及邊界關卡。

克里姆林宮說，蒲亭（Vladimir Putin）樂見波洛申科（Petro Poroshenko）宣布停火，但認為這項停火計畫不能成為對叛軍的最後通牒，並警告指出，除非採取實際行動讓對立陣營展開對話，否則停火勢必「不可行」且「不實際」。

克里姆林宮引述蒲亭表示，「停火開啟的機會，應該用來促使烏克蘭東部對立各方，展開有意義協商和政治妥協」。

蒲亭並呼籲，這項衝突的所有各造停火，坐上談判桌。中央社(翻譯)
