三成彈劾案「停止審議」　賴士葆擬修法

監察院提出的彈劾案，有三成「停止審議」，無法對公務員產生影響，對此立委賴士葆將提案修法。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，賴士葆表示，根據公務員懲戒法第卅一條第二項規定，公務員彈劾案只要同時在刑事偵查或審判中，懲戒委員會可以決議停止審議。賴士葆將提案修法，明定公務員被監察院提出彈劾者，不能停止審議。
