基隆市1名曾姓男子，去年底在網路上認識1名年僅15歲的國中生後開始交往，今年3月9日深夜，曾男趁少女家中無人，溜到少女房內談情說愛，曾男還在房內抽菸，2人聊到氣氛興緻正濃時，進一步上床發生性關係，曾男先指侵愛撫少女約1分鐘後，正要插入時，少女哥哥剛好返家，聞到妹妹房內有菸味，隨即敲門詢問，曾男嚇得躲進衣櫃內，少女趕緊整裝，約1分鐘時間才開門，哥哥見房內沒人，打開衣櫃看到曾男赤裸下體藏在裡面。

少女母親得知怒控曾男性侵，少女還在警局一再要求母親原諒曾男，警方依妨害性自主罪嫌送辦。檢方訊後起訴；少女母親在法庭上表示，已與曾男達成和解，女兒原諒對方，也不予求償，同意給予曾男緩刑改過機會，曾男當庭向少女及家人鞠躬道歉，並保證不會再犯了，法官考量曾男沒有前科，犯後態度良好，判處有期徒刑3月，緩刑2年，緩刑期間付保護管束。(蔡進男／基隆報導)
