Apple的carrier update官方網站上已有記錄carrier bundle update build version 16.1了。是6/20推出的。可自己查看和下載：

看樣子這是中華電信從2009年以來第一次為iPhone用OTA管道推出ipcc carrier bundle update。其他都是跟著iOS ipsw firmware同時推出的。 難怪要那麼久。
