烏拉圭足球協會今天指出，烏拉圭隊長盧加諾（Diego Lugano）膝蓋受傷，無法在世界盃足球賽D組與英格蘭的關鍵戰役登場。

這名中後衛左膝疼痛，治療無效，因此無法出賽。

烏拉圭足協表示，盧加諾膝蓋並未受到撞擊，經檢查也沒有發現問題所在，他似乎不需要接受手術。

他的退出對烏拉圭是另一項打擊。右後衛白瑞拉（Maxi Pereira）在1比3敗給哥斯大黎加的比賽吃下紅牌，不但被驅逐出場，也遭到禁賽。

不過，一般預料烏拉圭將迎接蘇亞雷斯（LuisSuarez）的歸來，在明天對英格蘭的大戰出場。這名效力英超利物浦（Liverpool）的前鋒之前因膝蓋動刀，只能在場邊作壁上觀。（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）1030619
