茂林股東會　配發1 元現金股利

F-茂林（4935）今日舉行股東會，會中通過2013年財報，今年預計發配1元現金股利。茂林董事長李滿祥指出，隨著第3季電子產業旺季即將到來，公司各產品線如LED背光液晶電視導光板、資訊及鍵盤用導光板都將提高產能，而車載、家電應用及穿戴式產品導光板也將持續成長。

他指出，由於茂林光電長期策略將持續不斷的投入更多光學技術研發，積極搶進各類3C產品導光板的終端應用，除了已是美系客戶電腦主機發光模組唯一供應商外，鍵盤用導光板市佔率也將持續提升。

隨著LED背光液晶電視隨著即將步入傳統旺季，中大尺寸導光板出貨動能也將緊接走強，對於下半年營運表現都將有直接的幫助，累計今年前5月營收已達23.2 億元，與去年同期相比增加42.77%。（吳秀樺／台北報導）
