苑裡護膚店涉色情 業者移送

陳姓男子經營的美容護膚店涉嫌媒介色情交易，陳嫌被捕後辯稱僅提供消費者精油按摩，「半套」性服務為小姐的個人行為，但檢方接獲檢舉後長期調查，加上詢問證人供詞及店內裝潢普通，不採信林的說詞，今天依妨害風化罪嫌移送法辦。

警方調查，34歲的陳男經營美容護膚店，男客1小時付費2千元，就可享受女服務生提供的「半套」色情服務。苗栗縣通霄分局昨天晚間持搜索票到護膚店搜索，破門而入後看到兩名年約40歲男子及兩名30多歲中年女子全身赤裸在包廂內，隨後並在店內查扣保險套、潤滑劑等證物，人贓俱獲，遂將陳男帶回偵訊。
