與京城銀組金控？　三商美邦駁：亂寫

《經濟日報》今報導三商美邦人壽擬與京城銀共組金控，三商美邦與京城銀分別在公開資訊觀測站澄清否認。三商美邦人壽財務長楊棋材駁斥「亂寫」，內容全是媒體臆測。
 
三商美邦取得京城銀近10%股權引起外界關注，楊棋材指出，保險公司對所投資的公司沒有投票權，金控執照也不會再發放，資本額600億元怎麼湊？投資京城銀純屬財務投資，目前為止，並無籌組金控計劃。（林巧雁／台北報導）
