安倍：捕鯨是日文化 期待重啟

（中央社記者楊明珠東京9日專電）日本雖稱在南極海捕鯨是科學研究，國際法院（ICJ）3月仍判違法，日本「產經新聞」報導，首相安倍晉三今天在參議院決算委員會表示，期待重啟商業捕鯨。

安倍說，捕鯨是日本的文化之一，遺憾各方不了解，日本將參考國際法院判決展開調查，並依據國際法，蒐集有關鯨魚的科學資訊。

國際法院3月底曾下令，日本須停止在南極捕鯨，駁回日本政府聲稱捕鯨為科學研究（日本稱「調查捕鯨」）的主張。判決確定後，日本經營網路購物的樂天網站禁售鯨肉。

日本農林水產大臣林芳正則說，販售已流通在市面上的鯨肉，不違反國際法或國內法。1030609
