合宜住宅案，台北地院凌晨裁定趙藤雄、魏春雄羈押禁見。法院新聞稿指出，趙藤雄坦承為求八德合宜住宅標案順利進行，決策交付新台幣1600萬元給前桃園縣副縣長葉世文。

台北地檢署偵辦桃園合宜住宅案，5月30日聲押趙藤雄、魏春雄等人，台北地方法院31日分別裁定趙藤雄新台幣500萬元、魏春雄100萬元交保，並限制住居、出境、出海。檢方不服，提起抗告。

台灣高等法院1日撤銷原裁定，發回台北地方法院，北院歷經4個小時審理，今天凌晨裁定兩人羈押禁見。

台北地方法院在新聞稿指出，被告趙藤雄、魏春雄經法院訊問後，均坦承為求桃園八德地區合宜住宅標案得以順利進行，而由趙藤雄決策，並由魏春雄聯繫並透過共同被告蔡仁惠，將新台幣1600萬元交付共同被告葉世文。

法院表示，趙藤雄、魏春雄雖然坦承相關事實，但說法與其他被告及證人證述情節仍有明顯出入，本案全部犯罪事實仍有待檢察官進一步偵查釐清。(中央社)
