趙藤雄5百萬交保　檢提立即抗告

遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄與開發部副總魏春雄因涉桃園縣合宜住宅弊案，遭台北地檢署依涉犯貪污罪向法院聲請羈押禁見，法官王鐵雄審理後，裁定2人各以500百萬元、100萬元交保候傳。

但檢方認為，2人有串證、滅證之虞,有羈押禁見必要，因此當庭向法官提起即時抗告。依規定北院須立即將檢方抗告送往高院，由高院裁定准駁，如果高院駁回檢方抗告，則趙藤雄等人交確定，若高院撤銷原裁定，北院就必須重新開庭裁定是否羈押趙等人。(法庭中心／台北報導）
