葉世文為人海派　 「依法行事」掛嘴邊

桃園縣前副縣長葉世文驚爆涉貪，讓桃縣府官員相當訝異。
今日出版的《聯合報》報導，現年66歲的葉世文，逢甲大學統計系畢業，早年跟隨內政部前部長吳伯雄，歷練多任管理處長後，接任營建署長，兩年前獲選逢甲大學傑出校友。

葉世文體力好、酒量更好，他常趕攤應酬，為人海派，地方實力雄厚。地方人士表示，葉世文曾告勸他們「最好離媒體遠一點」，面對民意代表、媒體提問，更常把「依法行事、公事公辦」掛在嘴邊。相較如今的涉貪醜聞，更顯諷刺。
