蘋果日報-民幣 6年後 躋身三強貨幣
立法院財委會昨視察中央印製廠，央行首度引述國際機構報告指出，最快6年後（2020年）人民幣即可與美元分庭抗禮，成為國際最重要的準備貨幣。央行並補充，歐元重要性日益增強，屆時亦將與民幣、美元三強鼎立，躋身3大準備貨幣之林。

中央銀行昨（21）日出具歷來最完整的人民幣研究報告，直指三年後人民幣即可能超日趕英，最快在2020年即可與美元共享國際主要準備貨幣的地位。

工商時報-大陸自建IC一條龍
自去年底以來，中國大陸將設置扶持半導體（IC）的產業基金之消息便已傳出。昨（21）日有權威人士透露，中國國務院已批准半導體產業扶持政策，相關文件已下發各部門，預估IC產業發展基金的總規模將達6,000億元人民幣（下同），遠超過市場預期，官方並將以股權投資方式支持IC公司發展。
