包租婆收租被殺　房客行兇後自盡

屏東內埔鄉龍泉村發生一起殺人命案，55歲包租婆裴秀梅將房子分租給老翁林青（73歲），昨晚裴前往林翁租屋處收租後沒回家，家屬在林翁家門前發現裴的轎車，從窗口往屋內看，驚見裴、林倒臥地板上，現場血跡斑斑，立即報警。
 
警方到場破門，發現裴婦陳屍在租屋處大廳，頭部、四肢、身上多處刀傷，現場血跡斑斑，林腹部也有刀傷，送往高雄義大醫院，在加護病房觀察中，警方研判林男應持刀殺了裴婦後再自行了斷。鄰居表示有聽到爭吵聲，後來平靜不以為意。
 
警方調查，林翁租住該處十多年，長年無業，為了每月1500元房租，常拖欠與裴婦口角。裴婦身中約60處刀傷，全身是血。林男則是腹部、左手腕有刀傷。警方查獲菜刀、水果刀各一把被藏在大廳桌下，初步研判可能林翁殺人後自殺。（陳宏銘／屏東報導）
