釣客失足落崖　警消攀岩救援

「有人落崖！快來救他！」今天上午9時許有民眾報案，外木山岸邊有釣客失足，警消獲報立即前往，發現65歲男子跌落約5公尺高的岩岸，因左大腿骨折只好坐在岩石上等待救援。

警消立即用攀岩繩索垂降，再用抽吸式固定器固定男子左大腿，之後在使用長背板將男子吊掛上岸。男子表示，當時準備要到岸邊釣魚，可能不熟悉地形才會突然失足落崖，好在有民眾看到，不然根本不知道要怎麼辦，也十分感謝消防隊及時救援。（戴之聖／基隆報導）
