又是他！　假車禍、偷竊男飭回後又偷

又是他，賊性真難改！台南市一名無業又酗酒的梁姓男子，2日才因製造假車禍害人受傷，被依公共危險罪和詐欺罪嫌函送，6日又偷鐵塊到回收場變賣被識破，遭警方依竊盜罪嫌移送；沒想到，昨天梁男在台南地檢複訊飭回後，竟又在地檢署地下室停車場竊得一台腳踏車離去，警方再次逮人送辦，搖頭直呼：「真是頭痛人物，竟敢在太歲爺上動土，偷地檢署的腳踏車。」
 
梁男警訊時表示，因偷竊被移送到地檢署偵訊，訊後飭回時「身上沒錢也沒交通工具啊」，因此順手牽羊把地檢署地下停車場的其中一台腳踏車「幹」走，梁男還向警方強辯「只是代步用」，全案今依竊盜送辦。（李恩慈／台南報導）
