【MLB】洋基將托瑞6號球衣退休　8月舉辦儀式

洋基今宣布，將在8月24日在洋基球場為前總教練托瑞(Joe Torre)的「6」號球衣，舉行退休儀式，這也是洋基隊第17個退休的號碼，托瑞也成為第3位球衣背號退休的洋基總教練。
 
目前擔任大聯盟執行副總裁的托瑞，從1996年開始接掌洋基兵符直到2007年，共12年，年年都打入季後賽，且在1173場比賽中拿下767勝，勝率高達6成05，期間並奪得4次世界大賽冠軍，其中1998~2000年更完成3連霸，王建民更是在他擔任總教練期間才獲得重用。
 
托瑞7月份將要進入棒球名人堂，之後又要接受洋基表揚，今年對這名老教頭來說，將是個榮耀的年度。(賴德剛／綜合報導)
