【動新聞╱台北報導】梅雨季到來，民眾面對突如其來大雨，不是買一把傘就是認命淋雨，台北科技大學工業設計系大四學生劉庭瑋設計的「公共傘租借系統」，可比照U-bike模式，民眾可利用悠遊卡扣款租借雨傘，並在傘把上設計使用者才能解鎖開傘的卡榫功能，降低失竊率且易於攜帶，因具備環保概念而入圍今年新一代設計展。
