從426全台廢核團體宣佈進駐凱道，接著427舉辦的廢核遊行等行動，因政府獨裁決策核四政策，引起後續多起的「公民不服從行動」，而在這段期間人民自發的和平行動中受到警方強力水柱、等暴力強制驅離的動作。

多個公民團體與記者(1)日來到凱達格蘭大道召開記者會，嚴厲譴責328及427警方的暴力驅離行為，當天媒體記者也描述427當天警方在忠孝西路上對媒體記者的驅離行動，並且指出警方侵害媒體採訪自由的權益，

另一頭群眾也同時在忠孝西路上掛起「勿忘323、248」、「譴責國家暴力」等布條同步聲援記者會行動。...(完整報導)
