偷吃人妻刷卡開房間　帳單58筆一罪一罰

彰化1名施姓男子與許姓人妻前年7月起，到彰化縣十家汽車旅館開房間，施男均以刷卡付帳，許妻丈夫發現偷情後，檢方調閱信用卡帳單，查出2人共上床58次，依相姦罪1罪1罰共判刑14年半，應執行有期徒刑1.5年，得易科罰金。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，判決書指出，施男（43歲）與已婚的許姓婦人偷情，前年7月到彰化市、秀水鄉、和美鎮等地汽車旅館開房間，去年6月間，許夫從妻子手機發現2人的曖昧簡訊提告。彰化地院審理，判決施男共犯相姦罪58罪，合計共判刑14.5年，應執行有期徒刑1.5年，若易科罰金，得賠償54.5萬元。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
