新普宋福祥：核四不蓋代價大

新普（6121）董事長宋福祥昨（2）日表示，「核四一定要蓋，不蓋會有很多後遺症」，若大家不要核電，又不想負擔高電價，「這是不可能的」。

宋福祥會後表示，核四安全重要，但經濟也很重要，風力發電或太陽能等再生能源的發電成本比核電高出好多倍。「如果不蓋核電廠，我也不反對，但要看大家能不能負擔不用核電的代價」，新電廠一定比舊的好，可以關閉核一廠及核二廠，再花點錢把核四廠安全做好。此外，面對媒體提問國內電動車發展時，他說，政府毫無作為可言，整天只會吵吵鬧鬧，無助產業升級。 ※延伸閱讀》
