不滿遭警盤查　囂張男怒毆警搶槍

台北市林森北路昨晚10時許，有10多名青少年在海產店用完餐後，站在店外聊天喧嘩，路過民眾見狀，害怕這群青少年是要鬥毆，所以打110報案。

警方獲報到場盤查，不料竟引起青少年不滿，其中1名男子竟嗆警髒話、又揮拳毆打警員並作勢要搶警槍，警方將男子制服，其他青少年見狀竟包圍警員，警員見情勢緊急立刻對空開槍示警，並請求支援。警網趕到後這群青少年已經一哄而散，警方將罵警、揮拳還想搶警槍的許姓男子逮捕，今早依妨害公務罪移送法辦。（張芳榮／台北報導）
