凱道廢核晚會　警估算現場約16400人

全國廢核平台今舉行「全民守護廢核決心」靜坐晚會，號召全國民眾一起「坐」上凱道，截至晚上8時，警政署估算現場民眾人數約16400人。

警政署表示，比照美國警方採用加州柏克萊大學新聞學教授赫伯特．雅各布斯所提方法（Herbert Jacobs Method），集會場所面積，依疏密程度，乘以每單位面積人數計算。初估凱道現場加總約8500人。（林志青╱台北報導）
