昨日行政院長江宜樺表示，待「台中軟體園區」大樓全數進駐完成，年產值將可達176億元。據房仲業者統計，全台3大軟體園區周邊房價與區域均價，「高雄軟體科技園區」房價高於區域均價79.66%最多。

台灣房屋智庫以園區周邊10年內中古大樓房價中位數與該園區行政區均價相比，台北南港軟體園區高於區域均價34.77%、台中軟體園區高31.31%、高雄軟體科技園區高出79.66%最多。

台灣房屋三多光華特許加盟店店長高福興表示，「高雄軟體科技園區」多年輕人購屋，因此偏好2~3房、屋齡10年的產品，周邊新成屋每坪22~30萬元，中古國宅從去5年前每坪8~9萬元，漲到現在每坪15~16萬元。（張菱育／台北報導）
