凱道反核靜坐現場

反核團體下午在凱道靜坐，由於午後飄起毛毛細雨，主辦單位還特別架設了遮雨篷供靜坐民眾使用。另一方面，為了防範未然，警方也在外交部前圍起蛇籠拒馬，希望靜坐的民眾不要有失控的場面。
